Hi Vince, i want to know if this can burn the fat on the lower abdomen too. Im having hard time to burn a small layer of fat covering my abs and cardio doesn’t help, infact losing its just losing my muscle.
Do you take one particular day for this exercise, or do it at the end of the day after weight lifting? Usually what time of day works best? (how long before or after a meal or on an empty stomach). Any advice would be helpful, Thanks.

He doesnt mean 6th months to get lower abs, but if your just starting to get that 6pack, yea itll take half a year likely. Ive been workin my abs since october, and i have a 4 pack, soon 6 pack.
You cant just do regular crunches, especially incorrectly and expect a 6 pack in a month.
It requires dieting, and consistency.
i woked out for about 2 weeks 10-20 min a day and got 6 pack buy doing normal situps but raising my knees to my face at same time 2
