1. To tone the whole waistline and hips, hula hoop

You can get great female abs at home. Using a hula hoop is better than basically any gym exercise you can do for your stomach. What you’ll want to do is to go and buy a weighted hula hoop because they are easier to whirl around your waist. They’re cheap, don’t worry.

Next, start hula hooping. It doesn’t matter if you do it for only 15 seconds at a time. This isn’t a competition. The only thing I want you to make sure and do is to do 10 minutes TOTAL each day.

This can easily be accomplished if you were to use tv commercials. 30 minutes of a tv show usually has about 10 minutes of commercial time. So in 30 minutes you can watch tv AND do your hula hooping.

2. To flatten your abs and drop inches fast, do the vacuum pose

The vacuum pose is an easy isometric exercise that provides an INTERNAL tension in your abdominal wall. This tension helps to tighten and tone your abs while you lose 2-3 inches around your waist in a month or less.

This is what you do… suck in your belly button (lower stomach) and hold that tension for at least 15 seconds. If you can do up to 30 seconds, do it. Repeatedly do this for a total of AT LEAST 5 minutes a day. Again, commercials are a great time to do these.
